If you prefer not to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation instructions are included on the checkout page and in your confirmation email.
To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please follow the steps below based on how you purchased your subscription:
For Web Subscribers (Paddle):
To avoid any further charges, be sure to cancel before the current billing period ends.
- Go to Arvin Subscription Management (https://app.arvin.business/?redirect=billing), sign in, and cancel your plan.
- Need help? Send us a new support request from the same e-mail address you used at checkout, and we’ll link your account and cancel the subscription for you.
For Apple App Store Subscribers:
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple, and Arvin doesn’t have the authority to cancel them for you. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple Account settings. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial or current period ends.
- On the device you used to subscribe, open Apple Subscription Management (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) and cancel.
- Or go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, tap Arvin, and select Cancel Subscription.
For Google Play Subscribers:
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Google Play, and Arvin doesn’t have the authority to cancel them for you. You can disable auto-renew in Google Play at any time. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.
- On your Android device, open Google Play Subscription Management (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) and cancel.
- Or open the Google Play app, tap Subscriptions, find Arvin, and cancel.
For full details of our subscription terms, you can always consult the transparent Arvin Terms for Terms of Service
Important: Deleting the app alone does not cancel your subscription.
If these steps don’t resolve your issue, please contact our support team(https://arvin-business-web.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for help.
